Introduction
Lithium battery comprehensive test equipment is a fast and accurate device to test the performance of finished battery. Test Items
Open Circuit Voltage: Test the voltage at the positive and negative ends of the battery open circuit.
AC Internal Resistance:
Test the resistance at both ends of the battery discharge circuit.
Discharge Test:
Test the continuous loading capacity of the battery, let the battery discharge for a certain period of time, and check the voltage drop.
Discharge Over Current Test:
Test the protection function of battery high current discharge, and the high current discharge of battery triggers the discharge over-current protection function of battery protection board.
Short Circuit Protection:
Test the protection time (microsecond level) when the positive and negative poles of the battery are short circuited.
